Land Development & Real Estate:
The Comprehensive Land Development & Investment (CLDI), was established in 1990. It focuses on industrial and residential compounds and trading mall development and currently listed in the Amman Stock Exchange. Major project are composed of residential buildings, residential apartments and towers located in Amman namely Deir Ghbar, Swefieh and Dabouq.
In 2008, Cityplex was established owned by CLDI for Real Estate. Cityplex offers a complete spectrum of expertise in real estate brokerage, land partition, value estimation of real estate and development and general research to its clients.
Public Transport Operation:
The Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company (CMTC), was established in 2005. CMTC is a public private partnership between Abu Khader Group, the Jordanian government and the Greater Amman Municipality. CMTC dominates the public transportation sector under the “AutoBus” brand owning more than 500 buses and serving around 150,000 passenger daily.
In 2008, the Electronic Cards Solutions (E-Kartak) was established owned by CMTC. An advanced fare collection system under the brand name; (EKartak) and GPS system to automate its operations and create a solid database for its customers.
Marketing Business Planning and & Customer Relations Management.
