Upon successful completion, trainees are considered for full-time positions within the Group.

Priority for the Management Trainee Program is given to students who complete our Summer Internship Program, which welcomes 50–60 trainees annually.
Participants come from universities and vocational training centers, specializing in fields such as:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, and Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration, Marketing, and related disciplines

Through this experience, interns acquire hands-on technical skills, develop professional confidence, and learn to apply effective, efficient work techniques — often paving the way to a future career within Abu Khader Group.
